NCTC will be deploying enhanced Polycom device firmware/software to NCTC cloudUC Polycom VVX devices to provide a better end-user experience. The upgrades will enhance overall performance on all Polycom VVX series phones utilizing NCTC cloudUC service. The upgrades will be applied automatically and require no user intervention.
