Instructions for Historical Records Production

Law enforcement agencies’ requests for production of subscriber account records pursuant to subpoena, court order, warrant or other legal process should be sent to Yaana Technologies Inc., NCTC’s legal compliance provider. Law enforcement agencies may contact Yaana directly as follows:

General questions and inquiries should be made via email or phone during normal business hours using the contact information at the top of this document. Emergency situations, whether for the production of form. records or lawful intercept occurring after-hours, please call the telephone number at the top of this especially if you have submitted an emergency request by email already.

Request for the Production of Records

Non-Emergency:

Requests for the production of records regarding a subscriber’s account information or activity pursuant to a court order, subpoena, search warrant or other legal process shall be delivered to Yaana Technologies for processing, either by a Mail Service or Email.

Emergency Situation:

Call (800) 291-2491. A Yaana representative will provide the documentation necessary to process emergency requests without a court order, eavesdropping warrant or other legal process.

Request for Lawful Intercept

Non-Emergency:

Requests for lawful interception and technical assistance pursuant to a court order, eavesdropping warrant or other legal process shall be delivered to Yaana Technologies for processing, either by Mail Service or Email.

Emergency Situation:

Call (800) 291-2491. A Yaana representative will provide the documentation necessary to process emergency requests without a court order, eavesdropping warrant or other legal process.
