NCTC is pleased to announce the following product enhancements. These enhancements increase the amount of customization of NCTC’s cloudUC service. These enhancements will be available on February 24th, 2020.
- Poly Push-to-Talk administration from CAP
- Bulk update enhancement to include new features
- 988 extension has been reserved for future national suicide prevention hotline
- Added the ability to enable extended voice mail greetings via the CAP
- Added the ability to define Call Park alternate recall destinations as well as customization of park recall timer
- Added hunt group busy control to hunt group members
- Added email to fax response email in the event of a failure
- Added call recording and hosted fax configuration test buttons in CAP
- Added the ability to update on-net calling name ID via the CAP
