NCTC is pleased to announce the following cloudUC product enhancements for August, 2020.
- New E911 Address Validation – When the E911 address for a user is updated, the service will validate the address during the update. This updates the E911 information directly and in real-time
- Voicemail to Email Enhancement – When a voicemail is delivered to email, the subject line of the email will now include the full Caller ID data including the caller’s telephone number and the caller’s name
