NCTC is pleased to announce the following enhancements to cloudUC. Enhancements will be available on April 26th, 2021.
- Added email notification when an emergency, 911 call is dialed. This is administered in the Bulk Update settings of the CAP
- Added a new download option to the CAP allowing an administrator to download a current list of E911 addresses assigned to each user
