NCTC is pleased to announce the following cloudUC updates for May 2020.
- Duplicate extensions are now allowed for customers that have multiple locations. This feature is applicable to customers with multiple retail locations where each location wishes to have the same extension numbers. Duplicate extensions are not permitted to be at the same Location
- Advance Call Center – Added “on personal call” option. With this option enabled, agents will be considered unavailable when they are making or receiving a call outside of the call center
- Virtual numbers not pointed at a hunt group or auto attendant can now be set as the outgoing calling line ID for user outbound calls
- Deletion schedules have been added for automatic deletion of call recordings and hosted fax data following FTP/SFTP/S3 backups
