A Pee-Wee Football coach for 17 years, Shay Tom follows Alabama has his college pick (ESPNU) along with the Tennessee Titans (NFL Network) and starts the season watching Atlanta Braves baseball (SportSouth). His best tip on recording sports games with your NCTC DVR: Use the view guide right on your TV screen to record what you want to see. Because the games usually go past the allotted time on the guide, edit the time slot to record one hour past the game so you never miss the ending.
