Key Lime Cupcakes Recipe Video
Ingredients
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup water
- 3 eggs
- 1 package Key Lime Cake Mix
Directions
Mix vegetable oil, water, three eggs and cake mix in large bowl. Place batter in a mixer and blend together for two minutes. After blending, then place cupcake batter into a cupcake tin container. Place in oven and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 24 cupcakes.
Wilton Buttercream Icing
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable shortening
- 2 tablespoons of water or milk for thick consistency
- 3 tablespoons of water or milk for medium consistency
- 4 tablespoons of water or milk for thin consistency
- 1 teaspoon of clear vanilla
- 1 pound confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tablespoon of merengue powder
Directions
Cream the liquids first, then add dry ingredients.
