INGREDIENTS

  • 2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 1/2 to 1 cup chopped Clifty Farm cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup finely minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 Cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine cream cheese, sour cream, country ham, onion and garlic powder in a small bowl and place in a baking dish.  Then saute butter, pecans, and Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle over baking dish.  Refrigerate until serving time.  Bake for 20 minutes.  Serve hot with crackers or raw vegetables.  You may also sere it cold.
