Business Solutions Manager (BSM)
North Central Telephone Cooperative [NCTC], located in Lafayette, TN, is seeking a Business Solutions Manager to promote and sell NCTC’s entire product line with emphasis on voice and data products. Ideal candidates will have 3 or more years successful outside B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications sales to medium and large-sized customers. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.

Director of Sales and Marketing
North Central Telephone Cooperative [NCTC], located in Lafayette, TN, is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing. This position will be responsible for the overall management of the cooperative’s sales and marketing efforts. Key focus areas include driving growth of cooperative’s business model by executing sales and marketing strategies that allow the cooperative to meet financial and operational goals and retain and grow the customer base. Will manage and grow a team of sales and marketing professionals, directing them to execute successfully against cooperative’s strategic plan. The Director will be part of the management team – reporting to the CEO. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field and 5 or more years of sales and marketing management experience required. Telecommunications industry experience and a MBA are a plus.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
North Central Telephone Cooperative [NCTC], located in Lafayette, TN, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer [CFO]. This Executive position will report to the Chief Executive Officer [CEO] and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations which include, but are not limited to: overseeing the preparation of financial statements, managing the preparation of capital and operating budgets, regulatory reporting, billing, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, audit functions, etc. This Professional will also assist in strategic and future planning including: seeking out new business opportunities, making recommendations to improve current operating results, developing new business plans, developing and monitoring long range forecasts and recommend modifications as required, pricing and profit center analysis, etc.
The CFO will play a key role in charting and executing the strategic goals and business development initiatives for the organization. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, think strategically, organize work assignments, be an exceptional communicator and demonstrate a service excellence attitude and demeanor when dealing with customers, employees, Board of Directors, vendors, etc.
Qualified candidates should have a BA or BS degree in Accounting or Finance, and seven  + years of progressive accounting/finance experience. Prior telecommunications accounting/finance experience is a plus.
NCTC, founded 65 years ago, has 19,000 voice, 12,000 internet, and 7,000 video subscribers.
